How can I open the port for the application dynamips-hypervisor (I don’t find the process in process tab of task management) towards adress 127.0.0.1 port 51499.
This process is used by the application gns3.exe and the application gives an error when avast free version 18.0329-2 is running.

You are right port access is determined by a fire wall.
But I get the error:
dynamips cannot make connection with 127.0.0.1:51499 and the cause is my avast free because when I disable avast free I don’t get the message.
Maybe I have first to detect more information of the support of gns3 why an anti-virus can prevent a dynamips connection.
can avast free prevent a process continous to run?
I have found the solution.I had to whitelist the directory of the application gns3 from avast and the problem is solved.
