Avast - Tools - Firewall - Settings - Policies - Packet rules …

Port 80 (8080) is already open or you would not be able to visit websites like this webboard.
What is the problem ?
Why do you think you need to open those ports ?
What OS/SP ?
What exact version of avast ?
