operating system not supported Error code 45056

Hi I have paid for Avast Premium, and now that I try to load it I get the message above.
It also says to check C:\ProgramData\Avast Software\Icarus\Logs\sfx.log which I cannot find
I am running Windows 7 home premium 64 bit.
I had the free version working OK, I also tried deleting the free version program and re-booted with no joy

  • Other security related software installed…?
  • Which AV(s) did you use before Avast…?

Version/build? Whatever was on the website, is there a choice?
OS, as stated Windows 7 Home premium 64 bit
No other security installed
As stated, used free Avast with no problem
