Also having a problem with web shield on firefox,ie6 and yahoo browser where some sites will not load at all, e.g. PCPitstop, beta news etc mainly sites with lots of graphics, but some with lots of graphics eg sg1archive .com loads OK . Yet when I turn web shield off they all load fine and dandy. However when I go into customize and delete the redirected port the pages load OK. The question is do I need a port number in that section?

Avast! detects that that link is contains a virus code. Anyone else had this ? I encountered it by going to: www.microsoft.com ---> going to latest releases ---> clicking on Internet Explorer Release Candidate 1 ----> and when the page loads, I get avast! detecting Code: http://rad.microsoft.com/ADSAdClient31.dll?GetAd=PG=CMSIE3SC=F3AP=1164.

My scanner was set to silent mode, so its aborted and I’m safe right … ? The one good thing with this is that we know Internet Explorer 7 is closer to release …

Hehe … Guess that was my first post, August 26, 2006, when IE7 was on the bounds of being released. I guessed I was a bit -what the…- when that happened. And I needed some help with osme other stuff later on in future posts. I’m glad that I’m still a member of Avast! forums !!

I understand you have post about the v4.1.412 and it has got bugs, I am asking for some understand on what been happening and I have never seen this before.

Everything was find since I had the v4.1.396 cause it never show this before, when I did a full thorough scan with the archive turn on v4.1.412 is this the bug your talking about?
