I use Outlook 2003, Win 7
In normal use, White listing a message from the SPAM folder will move the message from the SPAM folder to the Inbox.
If the message is already in the Inbox, it stays there.
However, if the message in in another folder or in another PST file altogether, the message is removed from the folder to go where?
I looked extensively in the most probable folders without luck, messages seem to disappear completely.
Where are these whitelist messages, it is quite incredible to have them disappear completely!!??
