Outlook 2007 keeps giving me the following error message when sending an email. The Server responded 421…I turn off scan outgoing messages in the mail shield and the error goes away and the messages are sent with no problem…Turn it back on and the error returns. Any direction on resolving this would be great…

I have the same problem - with avast enabled by Outlook 10 will receive but not send emails & I get this error: server responded 421 - see screen shot attached.
