outlook.pst

Whenever I perform a scan I always get the following message;-
" some files could not be scanned"
When I look at the detailed log there is the following error message:
“The process cannot access the file because another process has locked a portion of the file”
The two files involved are:
outlook.pst and archive.pst.
Can this issue be resolved

Solved the problem. When I ran Windows Task Manager, Outlook was listed under processes although it was not listed as a running application. On ending the process I was able to scan the folder

Files that can’t be scanned are just that, not an indication they are suspicious/infected, just unable to be scanned.
