Outrageously Horrible Customer Service!

So today after I sat onhold for an hour at 3:45am of course high call volume lol. I said I need help with a download got an agent in less than a minute. Explained the bs they are putting people through who spoke to his boss who wrote a ticket to move it further up and gave me a confirmation number and said they would take care of cancelation and now refund. We will see. It certainly runs like a Musk shitshow.
