Over one month since refund request

Hi!

Around the 12th of May I forgot to cancel my free trial period of Avast Premium, causing it to automatically charge after the trial period ended. I immediately requested a refund, but haven’t heard back since. The only thing I can see changed in my account/subsription settings is that Avast Premium won’t be automatically renewed next year.

Is there any way to check if the ticket is still pending?

Well, I can’t for the life of me find the ticket ID as I didn’t get any notification after trying to get a refund. The only thing I see on my account is that premium security isn’t active anymore.

This is my order ID: 77071533000.

I have filed a new refund request, of which the ticket number is 11063167.
