Paid for new renewal license but something went wrong

Today i paid for another year Avast but i did not receive a new license or confirmation.
Not in the program and not in my email or spam box.
After i completed the payment by Ideal i was not redirected to Avast program so that is probably where it went wrong.
What can i do now?

Yes i am trying but i cannot send my ticket without Order ID and i don;t have one.
Is there another way to chat online with Avast and send my proof of payment?
I have been searching for a way to contact Avast for one hour now…

I sent the ticket to customer support with proof of payment to (payment to bankaccount of Digital River).
I received a message from Hemamalini, from The Avast Support Team but she sent me the old activation code which expires tomorrow.

I replied to the email from Hemamalini that i need my new activation code and not my current one but all went quiet after that.
Is there someone from Avast who can contact me to sort this out please ?
