I just paid for the PRO version, I received the licence, I uploaded it in my avast, but it stills shows as free version… I can’t fix the registry and other issues that have been detected.
How can I solve this?
What really leaves me skeptic is that there is no direct email to the customer care, just a phone, but I am outside the US and in general I cannot call , so I’d really expecting to have a chat customer support. FAQs most of the times do not solve the problems.
In fact, to upgrade, I did exactly as per FAQs instructions: clicked on the icon tray of avast, upgrade , program, and i got the message that the program is already updated.
I restarted the PC, nothing.
I uploaded the licence I received from avast: nothing.
Please help me out upgrading my product

Ofcourse you can't as that is not part of any of the av products, but CleanUp.
If you want those problems to be handled, you will need avast CleanUp (paid).

You are wrong as there sure is.
It is the ticket system.
As for the registration problem…
remove avast from your account
download the license file
use the license file to register your installation
It doesn’t matter if you have the free version or one of the paid av versions.
CleanUp is not free and you need to take a paid subscription if you want to use it.
I don’t know guys… I just know that I just paid for the premium and cleanup, I downloaded it just today from the website, how can it be bugged?
I don’t know the versions… 17.5 or other figures… I wish that with a paid service, if i download from the official app, I get something that is not bugged…
Also, here’s the other problem, I did the scan with cleanup and I found the issues as per screenshot, so i clicked resolve all the issues, I got to the end "all solved’ then I run cleanup again and it finds the same exact problems… seriously??
where do I see the version number ? The only thing I found is under “about avast” if those numbers are not the one you need, please specify where exactly I have to look for them.
