What have you tried ?
Sales change order details wrong email address given (whilst it may not directly allow changing the payment method) , etc.
You could Start here: - Contact Avast Support - Select Account and Billing - Account Help - From the drop down Select Reason > if applicable and or click the Get Support button.
- This should hopefully give the option of Phone or Chat.
Another option may be to cancel your existing subscription. This however could introduce other issues on how to renew, the subscription when it ends.
