Please follow this FAQ to try to repair avast.
If it still doesn’t work, please reinstall avast, taking care to uninstall it using the tool and in safe mode.
nb:before, try restarting your device once or twice.
Edit: I didn’t realize it was Avast ONE, but I think it’s the same thing.
