As everyone else did, I received an email telling me to fix my password as a result of the security breach. Glad it was quickly fixed.
Yet, I have a BIG problem.
As you can see, I have no problem logging into the forum and posting, BUT, I cannot change my password BECAUSE it does NOT have enough digits. Longtime member that I am, my password is made up of five digits, not seven.
The current password change GUI requests a minimum of seven digits for my “current password” and thus will not allow me to change it.
I attempted to get help with this from whoever is on the other end of the Avast Twitter account, but they seem to be incapable of understanding my difficulty.
Can someone please help?
