I am trying to change the status in Settings and am being prompted for a password, and it keeps getting a wrong password prompt.
I was told to uninstall and re-install by tech support. Can someone please help me out of the clusterf@*k? It is driving me mad.
This is like the 5th thread in the last 2 days trying to bypass the password… This some kind of lame hack attempt on the program or what?
Same answer as tech support… it has to be uninstalled and reinstalled.
