Hello, today I have received an email telling me that I have paid my subscription, which I forgot to turn off… okay money are send, but I can’t log into my account. When I try to get my password back it tells me “This email is not found in our system” or something like that … So how can I get email that I have paid the subscription and later on, this email is not in your system. Would be very happy if you contact me or renew my password. (Email linked to this forum account).
