Password reset link doesn't work

Hi,

I’ve forgotten the password for my avast account and want to reset it, but the ‘Forgot your password’ link on my.avast.com won’t send me the email. It’s not even being delivered to my spam folder.

Any idea on how to solve this, as I’d rather not have to re-register and abandon my original account?

Are you using the same e-mail address that you used for my.avast.com
