I’ve tried to log into my account so I can install a new Avast product-Breachguard. I write my passwords down but my password doesn’t want to work!
The reset password link does not result in an email being sent to me. I’ve tried half a dozen times-each time I get the message a reset email is on its way and nothing arrives.
The email is on its way to the email address you originally used to sign up with. If that email address has changed, you’ll need to change your address in the my.avast.com account
