I signed up and paid for 10 devices with a 30-day money-back guarantee. The problem is that I can’t get into their website at all. I also can’t find any information in my account. My 30-day warranty expires on 7/10, so I expect they’ll wait until the 30 days are up. Has anyone else had this experience? Customer service is supposedly unavailable. There’s also no support in the language of the country where they sell their products, so I have to keep using Google Translate only to discover that their customer service doesn’t work.

Have you tried cancelling your subscription, when you take out a trial you have to complete a payment mandate.
Cancelling automatic renewal of the Avast subscription (I’m not entirely sure how this would work with the 30 day trial versions).
