Payed twice. Added ticket for refund, still no reaction from Avast

What is the average waiting time for Avast to answer on a ticket? I am waiting now for 9 days
Or is this just a farce to let people think that there is a possibility to register a complaint

avast is trying to handle tickets within 10 business days.
When the support people are really busy or have to check a lot to see where the problem is, it can take slightly longer.
