Payment authorization failed

i have tried to upgrade to internet security but I keep getting a payment authorization failed message. I can’t raise a ticket because I don’t have a license number. Premium support won’t help, although their phone number keeps popping up.
The credit card company says it’s not them. How do you resolve this?

I’m trying to renew and I’m having the same problem. Was this ever resolved? And it doesn’t allow me to create a ticket since my license has now expired.
I’ve tried 3 different credit cards and I know they are good.

Reply 1 says to create a ticket. If I do that, it immediately closes the ticket with no answer since my license is now expired.

Click on the link in Reply #1 and try again.

Tried to create ticket again, ticket closes again “We’re sorry, but we can’t seem to find a record of your license in our system”.
Expired license was for Avast Internet Security not the free product and expired yesterday.

Reply to the message from support and elaborate your issue.

2 days and still waiting for a response to my email. How long does it usually take for support to respond?

As has been told in many other threads, it currently takes 5-10 business days.

Wow, can’t wait that long with no virus protection. Time to look at Webroot and Bitdefender.

You don’t have to go without protection, simply use the free version.

If you uninstall the paid version, you’ll be offered the option to change over to the free version.

Decided not to wait any longer. Just purchased and installed BitDefender. No problems processing payment. Please cancel my email request.
