How would Avast get your bank details if you didn’t provide them.
Did you sign-up to the 30/60 day free trial ?
To do so you would need to create a payment mandate, which comes into effect at the end of the trial unless you cancel it before the end of the trial.
This may sound brutal, but this is what happens if you sign-up to the trial but don’t cancel the payment mandate before the end of the trial. I have never in my life signed up for a ‘free trial’ of any kind if it requires a payment mandate to be setup, to me that isn’t free.
