Payment Error

Hi,
I tried to purchase avast 1 years subscription on 18Oct2020 using net banking option , the amount got deducted, but the payment got failed, as I got error from avast after payment. I have used ganuroop@gmail.com email id for purchasing, before creating an account with same email id. Could you please help to activate avast or for a refund.

I suggest you Modify your original post and edit it to remove or obscure your email address. Otherwise you could be open for spam email as this is an open public forum.
