Payment not going through- New AVAST SUBSCRIPTION

My Avast premium for 1 pc will be expiring in 5 days and I was offered AVAST ultimate subscription with discount.
I filled up the payment form with correct details, but when clicking “Continue to Review”, nothing happens, it didnt direct me to next page.
I clicked so many times, still it wont get me to next page, only loading with 3 dots then page remains.
Ive inputted correct details. What is the problem?

Note: (The new payment method Im inputting now is different from the old one)

I had the same problem a few months ago.
I contacted sales and their response was to take a screen shot of the offer and send it.
I thought to hell with that, it was their offer, and I had to prove I wasn’t trying to rip them off. >:(

Seems like they are still getting same problem. :-[

Perhasp it is a browser issue. Try ingognito mode or a different browser. Otherwise, please contact Avast Sales support for assistance.

I had the same problem last month. Called customer support and she honored the offer. she was able to send me an email and payment processed thru email link

I too have that very problem, I even spoke to Avast on the phone, payment never went through and was to to phone the card issuer, they said no transactions or attempts from Avast have even been made and that it was Avast who has the problem
