Payment option Visa/Master is down

Hi ,

While Im trying to renew my licence, there is an issue with credit card payment option.

I have both Visa as well as master card. But it seems both options are not working in the payment page.

I get “Visa is temporarily down. Please select another payment option” or “MasterCard is temporarily down. Please select another payment option” message.

I’m getting this from yesterday and i still continue get this message even today.

Posting here to see if others are also facing this issue.

I’m hoping Avast is working on to resolve this.

Tried in Chrome(Version 70.0.3538), Firefox (63.0.3 (64-bit), Safari (12.0.1) and also from inside Avast application. Same result.

I’m trying to complete this purchase from India.

Past 4 days I’m still getting the same message.

Contacted an Avast Team Member. Best to be patient as this the weekend.
