Paymode

Using Windows 10 have downloaded and set up Avast but cannot load Paymode, any suggestions what I can do to sort this.

Thanks.

Please provide essential information to help with possible suggestions.
What version of Avast? (Free, Pro, Premier etc)
What Build?
What/Any other security software installed?

Thanks for any help you can suggest.

Have now noticed I have a problem even staying protected by Avast, it keeps coming up with the message ‘unprotected’ I resolve this and 5 mins later I am unprotected again, what is going on?

Modified 30mins later:
Also just noticed that in the Security and Maintenance tab it shows that all is working fine when Avast say’s the opposite.
Also I have two firewalls running Avast and Windows.
Beginning to think that I have wasted my money and should stick to Windows Defender

Do you have any other security programs installed?
Was previous used or factory installed AV removed using that vendors removal tool?

Control panel >> programs and features >> avast >> uninstall/change >> next popup box has a repair option …

Tried the above but makes no difference.

see instructions here https://forum.avast.com/index.php?topic=53253.0
Scroll down to second picture … Farbar Recovery Scan Tool … run as instructed and attach the two diagnostic logs

Attach files as requested.

I will remove the remnants of Norton and CIS, once done could you repair Avast and let me know how that goes

CAUTION : This fix is only valid for this specific machine, using it on another may break your computer
