Thanks much for the quick reply. Performed your suggestion with no success, also reset to default settings and deleted
and reinstalled. All to no success.
I believe that if I upgraded to Premium and spent much more money on all their add-ons it may work.
So, to eliminate wasted time for us both, please disregard any further action. I can certainly live with what I got.
I’m sorry for the slow reply, but the issue has been identified and is currently resolved in the latest Beta. The fix should be included in the next release of the AV.
