PC Health Problems - Your PC is vulnerable.....User Account Control UAC

Aha.

As in “You can lead a horse to water, but you cannot make it drink”. Solution has been provided.

facepalm Whilst being fully aware that software tries to get you to install the paid version, telling me to just ignore the warning is not really a solution? It doesn’t seem like the standard kind of thing, registry has broken items, system has lots of junk, programs are slowing down your PC. UAC being turned off sounds more serious.

If I just wanted to ignore the warnings I know how to do that, that’s not a solution. What I wanted is for at least someone else to confirm they’ve ever seen this specific UAC is turned off message (no one has confirmed, Bob suggested to look at forum post #32 on another thread, but that didn’t say anything about UAC?).

If you genuinely know that this UAC turned off message is used as a marketing tool, why not just say so rather than being patronising?

Anddddd by the way, it doesn’t say anything like “install Avast premium to fix”, it just says “Turn UAC on”.
