These are two different programs, and if you want to uninstall avast ONE, which is protected by a password that you have forgotten, there is no other solution than to uninstall it using the dedicated tool in safe mode.
nb:If you plan to reinstall avast ONE, unfortunately you will not be able to recover your old configuration.
