I think that avast is antivirus software. Phishing is not a kind of virus. Besides, Netcraft Toolbar is doing it’s job great. http://toolbar.netcraft.com/ Toolbar is available for Firefox too. So I don’t think you want to have poor quality “all-in-one” package which eats your ram. avast is doing a great job, but for additional threats protection you’ll need additional software. cruel, but true.
I’m using Maxthon, and it doesn’t support that toolbar…
NOD32 and KAV are going on the right direction to prevent the major kinds of Malware.
avast! already add protection against some spyware and seems that they also want to cover the major Malware…
I received, every day on my email client, a lot of messages with Phishing, and NOD32 does an excellent job against this, so I want to know if avast! will do the same in the future, or they just simple don’t care with the Phishing…
Would recommend you see “Old Frog” on the (sub) forum
“Phishing, Fraud and Dastardly Deeds” on the forums at www.castlecops.com; if he can’t help you, no one can .
It was a joke… I forget the ;D
I meant, hey avast! team, why don’t you make it better? C’mon, let’s stop playing and start to work hard or something like that… 8)
