When i call Iyogi all they want to do is charge extra for items I did not call about. I called about an Avast issue and they were not concerned about my issue only about making more money!!!

Edit: I once called the iYogi free number… to ask a question about avast… they confused me…
Couldn’t agree with you more, they have done something to my laptop and it doen’t work properly now. It’s going to cost me more to fix the problem that they have caused. Very bad service. not sure if I will keep the avast until it expires

After iYogi finishes their session that supposedly gave me 100% satisfaction ??? They said “Good karma”… uh oh! They be in trouble and why did Yogi bear steal my lunch basket filled with $169??? 
Right now I just need to be a bit silly and very thankful that I wasn’t the only one.
