PIA VPN always put on "I don't trust this network" anyway to add exception?

I have Avast Premium Security and the VPN Private Internet Access (PIA) every time I reboot my PC I have to open the app and change the radio button from I don’t trust to trust. Is there a way to add this to the exception list or trusted list. I looked but could not find it. I thought I added it to the allowed app listing but it still happens. Any advice on how make it trusted from the start?

Whilst I’m only using Avast Antivirus Free (and no VPN) my firewall settings match your image, yes your home network/router should be trusted but WiFi as Untrusted and that is the way it stays even after a restart.

The wgpia0 xxx network is hardwired to my PC and always comes up as Untrusted, in the above pic I had to manually put to to trusted. That’s my issue I have to do that every time I was hoping to just have it added to an exception list somehow.

Unfortunately some of those supposedly hard wired connections are showing that they use or can use WiFi.

Presumably you have some devices that can use the VPN service using WiFi. I really don’t know how to get round that and can’t personally test.
