The support page (https://support.avast.com/en-ww/article/Troubleshoot-invalid-email-certificate) called “Troubleshooting email client warnings about invalid server certificates” gives a wrong procedure for exporting the Avast’s Mail Shield certificate.
The procedure can’t be applied to the current version of Avast since the interface is different.
Thanks for this - I’ve spent ages looking for them in the first step trying to get Thunderbird working. Being off the bottom of the visible page didn’t help!
It’s April now and version 19.4.2374 is installed here. The Old Settings don’t have anything mail-related that I can find, and I can’t find other instructions or settings for exporting the mail shield certificate to import into Eudora. Please help? TIA
