Please tell me if I can solve this problem. Had Avast free for a couple of years, loved it, and for some reason had to uninstall. Went back to source, downloaded to my machine but now cannot get it to install. Always get a box with this message:

Access is denied. (5)
I just cannot figure how to correct or get around this problem. Meanwhile, I have no virus protection.
