Please help with (x86) rlvknlg.exe removal

Avast removed two rlvknlg.exe, but it couldn’t remove or move the (x86)rlvknlg.exe. (I wasn’t doing anything in Facebook when a windows message popped up and said I was infected. How did this happen? I x’d the windows notification, wondering if that wasn’t part of the virus/spyware and scanned with Avast. ) How can I get this off? It’s not showing in my processes and if I remember, the x86 has to be accessed through regedit. It’s been years since I’ve had to do this. How did it get past Avast?
