Sorry for creating a new topic again…
Here’s my problem, I think when I open yahoo! messenger + mozilla firefox my pc just restarts. Combo-Fix doesn’t fix anything… HiJackThis don’t have any unusual results and Avast! can’t detect any viruses from the computer… Is this a virus or some technical problems??

When the system hangs write down to information displayed and post it here.
There should (could) have a possibility of disabling automatic restart (the just reboots again behavior).
By disabling the automatically restart on system failure feature, you are able to read what messages appear on the blue screen and can, if necessary, pass the information on to your technical support person or post here.
It’s important the error numbers and the error message there.
Do you have any other antivirus installed in this computer?
Which firewall are you using?
my antivirus is still Avast! Home Antivirus and I don’t have any firewall… huhuh
Please, disable Automatic Restart:
- Click Start Button
- On the Start Menu click Control Panel
- When the Control Panel window opens click on the System icon
- The system properties window opens
- Click the Advanced tab
- In the Advanced tab window locate the Start and Recovery section and press the Settings button
- When the settings window opens look for the System failure section
- Remove the check mark from the Automatically Restart option
- Click OK to Exit
Write down the error number and message. Post here.
