What is your operating system and Service Pack level?
Are you running as Limited User trying to look at another user’s Documents?
tnx for the reply but ive just got the problem solve.
I should have figure it out that the problem is from IE and follow this thread
Internet Options>Security>Costom Level>Miscellaneous Access data sources across domain >set it to ENABLE
then my problem has been fix!!!
