Please help.

Hello.

I’m using Avast! Mobile Security on my Android (Huawi U8500). And I want to use Web to locate my phone, BUT… In this page ( https://my.avast.com/en-eu/devices ) I cant see my android. There just my Computer. So the question is: How to add my android to the Devices list? Thank You for answer and help. (Sorry for my bad English)

EDIT.

I can’t find where to put my Email or something to the Avast! Mobile Security program. So I think it doesn’t need it.

Into the Android avast! settings, link it to your account.
Settings > avast! account

Thank You. Found this section. But there is another problem. It says, that my Avast! Mobile Security installation is too old. Before 23 hours I updated antivirus. (The Base was outdated) And today, another antivirus was downloaded (Upgraded). It was first time. So, if my antivirus is up to date, so why it says that its too old?

Check the anti theft module, I have just had mine updated

I have Anti-Theft 2.0.2571 It is good?

Thank You guys! Found everything  Best wishes!

Hey guys. Want to know 1 more thing. If I want to control from Web, the phone must have Connection Data enabled?

Yes (or WiFi).

Okay. Thank You. But it’s not logick, if connection is Disabled. The Web commands should be through SMS too. If Internet is disabled.

How?

SMS cost money, we can not provide that for free, unfortunately this would ruin us. But if your phone is rooted, you can set “force data connection on” protection behavior, then send LOST SMS to the phone which will then force data connectivity to stay enabled.
