Seriously, this is the FIFTH time I have typed out this help request. I have typed in the security giberish five times and copied and pasted the numbers five times. This has resulted in duplicate posts and when I tried to fix that, it deleted everything. THEN it would not allow the last post because it said it was a duplicate. Geeeez, this is supposed to be helpful?
Anyway. here is a copy of what I submitted five times before in response to an already existing request for help.

I am having the same problem. I am a new user. I installed on my first PC an all is well. I tried on my second PC (Windows 7) and the virtualization feature continually wants a reboot. I took the advice given (to repair the installation) and, of course, I installed my license file (the info on the product shows that it has been properly activated).
Any thoughts about how to get the sandbox working? I’d like to avoid opening a support ticket, if possible, as that whole process is damn near impossible to navigate. All of the colored numbers and letters with and without caps and spaces make it almost impossible. I have submitted this request four times now and am still typing!!!
A) Not three, but ALL of mine, and
2) too much security where it is not needed is worse than none (a security outfit should be expected to know that), and
iii) generally, the support experience here is bad. Note after all of these hurdles I have gotten not the slightest bit of help with my problem. I’m starting to think my money was not well spent. I’m thinking a note to the sales people requesting my money back might be in order. It took two tries to buy this thing, I am not able to open a support ticket, and I’m not getting help here.
Now to enter the gibberish yet again. It really never ends.
