Pls. help Win32:Rontokbr-I removal

pls. help, avast detected a Win32:Rontokbr-I virus on my files. How do i get rid of it??? Everytime avast detects it, the action i choose is delete. But when i access it again it is still there. And I notice a new folder is being created on my folder named “DATA ____(the name of my user acct.)” wen i open the new folder it opens my “My computer folder”. I think i got it from a backup file from the office, how do i delete the virus from the backup cd???

  Since this is more likely a "worm" & NOT a "virus", per se,
  I would recommend you use a program that "specializes"
  in detecting & removing worms, trojans, generic dialers,
  namely "Ewido" available at www.ewido.net/en ; this
  assumes your OS is either Win XP or Win 2000 .

If avast can detect it, then it can be removed.
Make a boot-time scan.
