Does AVAST check mail when using Poco?

it is not supported by the mail scanner; however, the standard shield will still keep you safe

Avast can check mail with Pocomail but not by default.

You’ve got to set your pop server setting to 127.0.0.1 and your login setting to
your_regular_login#your_pop_server
