avast won’t get rid of Pop up ads. Just installed 2 days ago. It got rid of 2 adwares but I still have one

What pop-up ads? Please provide a screenshot. Pop-up duration can be adjusted GUI>Settings>Pop-Ups

There is no “ad maker”. You still never explained if its Avast’s pop up ads or web page pop up ads.
