I have a problem…I have done the AdwCleaner, MBAM, saved the logs but when I try to do the OTL it starts and about 30 seconds into it it will say at the bottom left(where it says which files it’s running)it has scanning firefox files and just sits there because it stops responding??? what can I do to get those logs???

Just incase these help here are the 2 I was able to run

try running OTL in safe mode

Does the same in safe mode - scanning firefox files …and stops…Now have 2 folders on desktop that are very faint and are named desktop.ini & have this inside - [.ShellClassInfo]
LocalizedResourceName=@%SystemRoot%\system32\shell32.dll,-21769
IconResource=%SystemRoot%\system32\imageres.dll,-183

Do you have malwarebytes PRO?.. If so turn off malearebytes realtime protection and try again…

the removal Expert will check your case here later today…

I have the free version of malwarebytes anti-malware

Also now my computer is running VERY slow, I have no clue what these folders, files or what ever they are showed up on my desktop (pic attached)also something has changed all saved files on my desktop to rtf. (whatever that is) I need Help BAD…Thx again!!

I am disgusted with pop ups which are unremovable, no way to get rid of them and they block my email screen. How do I reach the people responsible for this? I have Yahoo and they are untouchable.
