When I charge my Galaxy S25, random advertising web pages open up. Scans with Avast mobile, and Malwarebytes find nothing.
First, I’m an Avast user and not an Avast Team member.
Well avast really isn’t an add-blocker unless the source happened to be malicious.
Not knowing what these ads are it is difficult to even speculate.
Have you added any new extensions recently, is there a possibility this could even be google.
Perhaps I was unclear. There are no browsers open when I place the phone on the charger. Doing so triggers the action of opening a browser to the advertising pages.
I’m not sure that would stop it, if your mobile phone is switched on (and not off when charging) I suspect it is possible for add-ons to connect. Not only for updates but possibly to deliver ads.
As I mentioned

If you had try disabling apps you recently loaded or updated.
I don’t see this on either of my mobile phones, so I though I would ask google.
When I charge my Galaxy S25, random advertising web pages open up.
There is something malicious triggering this behavior. I’ve done the same web search that you have.
I don’t doubt there is something triggering it, but what is the question, the ads in and of themselves aren’t malicious (?) so not triggering an Avast Alert.
Finding what the trigger is is the problem, which is why I suggested.
Try running it for a period with and new extensions disabled and see.
There were many hits on that search even one from Samsung - I don’t know what you have tried.
As I said, I have two old Samsung phones and I’m not seeing that at all - mind you I don’t sit watching a phone charge. I may not even be in the same room.
I’m certainly not watching my phone charge. The behavior occurs immediately when the phone is attached to the charger. I’m not sure what “extensions” to which you refer. The bhavior does not occur in safe mode, nor did I expect it to. I have recorded what happens on the screen, but there is now way to upload it here. C’est la vie.
Surely you have apps (extensions) installed on your phone, potentially they could be phoning home and pulling down ads. Why this would only occur when you charge your phone is a mystery and not one I have had, so I have no personal experience of this.
There were lots of hist on a google search for - When I charge my Galaxy S25 random advertising web pages open up - I don’t know what you have tried.
