I’m using the latest version of Avast4 and I have a small question. I have the virus database set to automatic update and when the blue pop-up window appears informing me a new update has been installed and ‘click here for more info’, I click on the window but nothing happens. I’m curious if this is a known problem or just something on my end.
You’re right, it doesn’t work… :-
It’s because we kind of don’t know what to display when the user clicks there – maybe the About box (it contains virus DB info)…
But to answer your question, it’s a know problem.

Perhaps you could show the summary box that appears after you manually run the iAVS/Program update. Or, perhaps you could change the caption in the pop-up window to just display ‘dowload successful’. Anyways, thanks for responding and keep up the excellent work.
