POPUPS, PRIVACY KEEPER?? WEB COMPANION??

Hello all

Lenovo Notebook. windows 8 64

They had a bunch of pups and actually called the phone number to “microsoft” who wanted to fix the computer remotely!! They claim they did not. I did my best and think its all gone, but need some help to make sure I check everywhere.
