Possible Bug with Passwords Check and Smart Scan?

I perform a manual Smart Scan weekly (without virus scan), but today I was notified of an issue regarding my Passwords Score.

I have attached the screenshot. On the one hand Smart Scan says I have a compromised Password. The window that appears on top, is after I unlock the Passwords database.

Is this a bug / conflict?
