premium account not shown?

wonder if anyone can help.
my premium subscription failed to auto renew due to my own fault. my debit card was replaced i failed to update for this purchase to happen. i have now updated and purchased what i believe to be a premium account via an offer shown within my avast ap via google play yesterday afternoon 20/12/16, I now have premium account features. yet my avast account online has not updated and displays free account in use?
is the system very slow to update or have i not actually purchased the same product?
