Premium clean up activation code invalid

I purchased Premium clean up last night and was sent an invalid activation code. I spent an hour on the phone to the technical support team this morning and they could not help me to fix this. I was told that I had to phone the billing department to get them to fix this error. I am very irritated by this as I live in South Africa and the phone call costs will be astronomical. Has anybody else had this problem and have any idea how I can get into contact with the right people at Avast for them to correct this error. Please help
