I have a premium license for my laptop. Can I use it on my mobile?
First, I’m an Avast user and not an Avast Team member.
I don’t know if it covers use on Mobiles as that is a different Avast Product - Avast Mobile Security for Android.
I have both the free version for Windows and Android - I had to get the Avast Mobile Security for Android from the Google App Store. I believe you would have to pay via Google App Store for the paid version.

The answer is no and yes.
no if you only have a single licence but yes if you have multiple / family licences.
if you have more than one licence download the free version from the app store on your phone and then enter the licence code.
Even though i bought a 10 pc code from ebay for 3 years which worked out cheaper than avast renewal for 1 pc for 1 year im only using 3 of my licences. t will show on the front of the UI how many free liceces you have left to use.
